Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup takes 48 hours and is included in every plan. Our onboarding team walks you through configuration, CRM connection, and agent activation at no extra charge.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep access through the period you have already paid for.
Do you require an annual contract?

How do you handle TCPA and compliance?
All outbound communications are TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state-regulation compliant out of the box. Consent is tracked at the contact level, opt-out requests are honored immediately, and communication windows are enforced automatically - you do not need to configure any of this yourself.
